Small Animal Practice in South College Station, TX
South 40 Veterinary Hospital has begun construction of a modern client friendly small animal clinic and boarding facility in the fastest growing part of College Station, Texas. We are searching for an experienced veterinarian to fill 2 full time, 1 part time, and 1 emergency position. This full care facility will be complete with a large treatment room, 5 exam rooms, separate dental procedure & imaging rooms. We will have isolation, and post-operative observation rooms. In addition, the upstairs boarding facility will be complete with an employee lounge/conference room, and in-house rehabilitation/geriatric patient care complimented with indoor aqua tread therapy. This development is located on a 2.8-acre tract next to Lowe’s and right off of Hwy 6 in South College Station. The ideal candidate is a team player who has a passion for providing the highest standards of care for their patients. Their love of medicine and surgery is complemented by strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to and communicate with a diverse public.

Veterinary Operations Manager

We are searching for an experienced Veterinary Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a new small animal clinic and boarding facility in south College Station.  This motivated individual would manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and work closely with the practice owner to create a hospital culture based on high quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Compensation commensurate with experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, a well-qualified candidate may be eligible to receive up to a 10% bonus based on achievement of practice goals.

Veterinary Assistant / Technician

Scheduled to open in April 2020 our hospital will offer routine, urgent and emergency care such as wellness exams, full medical and rehab services, diagnostic imaging, surgical/non-surgical treatments, and canine boarding.

We are currently seeking compassionate and highly motivated individuals who value outstanding patient care.  The Veterinary Kennel Attendants will be responsible for providing daily care, feeding and exercise of boarded and hospitalized pets. Maintaining a clean, efficient and healthy environment for the pets is essential to this job duty.  We provide our team with the necessary tools and equipment to succeed, and we value employees who have a desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients’ pets. The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate proper animal handling and care while providing daily care to boarded and hospitalized pets
  • Effectively monitor the status of pets’ status and promptly notify technicians and veterinarians should pets need medical attention
