Walk-Ins
There are times when you may not be able to schedule an appointment, and we understand that. In those cases, we welcome you and your pet to visit us on a walk-in basis.
Appointments are always preferred and will take precedence over walk-ins, but we realize the importance of having this option with people’s busy schedules.
House Calls
We understand that it is not always possible to bring your pet to our clinic. That is why we offer house calls and see animals in your own home.
There are many challenges in caring for an animal that cannot be moved from its location for one reason or another. Please let us know of any specific requests or conditions that will require special attention. We promise to communicate with you throughout the process to make sure it goes smoothly for you and your animal.
Emergency Services
Please call us at (979) 977-0711 if you have an emergency, and we will do our best to help you through this frightening and stressful time. Emergencies can be a terrible experience for pets and pet owners, so we promise to communicate with you and make the process less stressful.
We also offer emergency surgery as well as critical care. Please attempt to call ahead in case of an emergency to alert us to the situation and allow us to prepare.
